Are you having problems accessing Bank@Home?  There are certain computer setting requirements that are required to access Bank@Home.  If you are experiencing issues please check the below settings on your machine.

On your desktop go to:
Start
Settings
Control Panel
Display
(In Display Properties)
Settings
The Screen Resolution should be set at 800 by 600 pixels

Once you log onto the Internet:

Browser:
Open the Internet
Help
About Internet Options
Version>=5.5
Encryption +128 Bit
If browser is lower, need to download free version from Internet
If encryption is lower than 128, need to re-install/download version due to security restrictions.

Cookies: (Depending on the machine, choose one of the following)

View A: (Internet Explorer)
Tools (across the top of your screen)
Internet Options
Privacy Tab
Advanced
 ü  Override automatic cookie handling
               First Party-Accept
               Third Party - Accept
OK

View B:

Allow cookies that are stored on your computer - Enable

At the bottom of the page, make sure the following are checked:
 ü Check for publisher's certificate revocation
 ü Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed
 ü Enable Profile Assistant
 ü Use Fortezza
 ü Use SSL 2.0
 ü Use SSL 3.0
 ü Warn about invalid site certificates
 ü Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode
 ü Warn if forms submittal is being redirected
Apply

Delete/clear old internet pages:

Tools
General Tab
In the Temporary Internet Files section (middle of gray screen):
Delete Files
 ü Delete all offline content
OK

Settings:

Settings (in the middle)
Check for newer versions of stored pages:
 ü Every visit to the page
OK

**You may need to shut down and restart your computer in order for all of these to take effect.
