Documentation Checklist

    
This checklist shows the minimum documentation that Home Federal Bank will need to start an application process and issue a pre-approval certificate.  Each loan application is unique and more documentation will possibly be requested:

Paystub(s):     most recent year-to-date paystub documenting 1 full month
                      earnings for each applicant and for all employment sources

W-2(s)s:         most recent 2 years for all applicants for all sources of income

Statements:    most recent checking/savings/asset account statement
                      (all pages) for each account listed to verify funds to close

Tax Return:     self-employed persons need to supply their most recent
                      federal tax return copy, all schedules

NIFA:              1st time homebuyers using NIFA program need to supply
                       their last 3 years federal tax return copies along with all W2s
