With our online banking product, Bank@Home, customers are able to access account information, transfer funds, and review statements from the comfort of their home or business using the Internet. 24 Hour Telephone Banking

Home Federal’s 24 Hour Telephone Banking is simple to use and gives you freedom to access account information (for checking accounts, savings accounts, Certificates of Deposit, consumer loans and mortgage loans) and transfer funds anywhere there is a touchtone phone. The convenience of 24-hour banking, 7 days a week, absolutely FREE!

Just call the 24 Hour Telephone Banking line at 308-381-1020 and follow the step-by-step instructions. As an added convenience, you can speak to a Customer Service Representative during our regular business hours by pressing "0". When you call, all you need are your 10-digit account number (shown on your account statement or loan payment coupon) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). As a security measure, you will be asked to establish a new 4-digit PIN the first time you access information on a particular account. (A number of customers find it convenient to use their ATM PIN number. You can use the same PIN for all of your accounts.)
